Questions regarding the booking:

No, the service works only by reservation. Please do not insist with drivers who are not allowed to load passengers without a reservation even if there are seats available.

At the end of the booking all data will be sent electronically to Shuttle2Airport.

Shuttle2Airport plans the transfers according to the information contained in the booking.

You must therefore provide the correct information during the booking process.

Shuttle2Airport is not responsible for service errors due to incorrect information at the time of booking.

Please be sure to read carefully the email you will receive after the booking which includes the summary of all the data . In case of any error or mistake, contact us immediately.

You can always cancel a reservation.
In case of cancellation by the customer, client has to send an email to booking@shuttle2airport.it up to 48 hours before the desired time of arrival at the airport OR of the indicated flight arrival to get credited back the full amount except for bank charges (from 0.85 to 3.25 € for European credit cards from 1.03 to 6.51 € for non-European cards).
Between 48 and 24 hours before the desired time of arrival at the airport OR of the indicated flight arrival, in case of cancellation it will be credited back 50% of the total amount less bank charges (from 0.85 to 3.25 € for European credit cards from 1.03 to 6.51 € for non-European cards).
Less than 24 hours before the desired time of arrival at the airport OR of the indicated flight arrival, in case of cancellation nothing will be credited.
In case of cancellation by shuttle2airport, which has to be done by email and message to the contact details indicated by the client during the reservation, up to 48 hours before the desired time of arrival at the airport OR of the indicated flight arrival or within 12 hours after the booking, it will be credited back the full amount.
Between 48 and 24 hours before the desired time of arrival at the airport OR of the indicated flight arrival, in case of cancellation it will be credited back 150% of the amount.
Less than 24 hours before the the desired time of arrival at the airport OR of the indicated flight arrival, in case of cancellation it will be credited back 200% of the amount, shuttle2airport in this case also commits to indicate at least one alternative solution.

Unfortunately, NO.
We have a large number of vehicles and collaborators, which we believe are sufficient to cover all the requests.
However, it coluld happen that some requests may exceed our capacity or that they may not be compatible in terms of timetables and locations.
In order to guarantee the best experience, some reservations may not be accepted.
In this case you will be notified well in advance so that you can choose an alternative trip or an immediate credit back of what you paid.
In the event of redundancy, the only criteria to allocate available seats is the order of arrival of the reservation.

 

We advise clients to book as soon as possible, this allows us to better organize your transfer.
You can book up to 24 hours before your desired arrival time at the airport or before the landing time of your flight.

In order to organize transfers offering the best possible experience we accept bookings that have as their departure or destination the cities of Milan, Sesto San Giovenni or Cinisello Balsamo.
In case town of departure or of destination is different but included among those indicated in yellow, you can fill out the form VERIFY AVAILABILITY.

Yes, we use certified and encrypted payment circuits, connections are SSL.

Generic questions:

One standard bag (max 20kg) and one hand bag (you may have to take it with you on board of the shuttle, if necessary).
Ask for information regarding transporting excess or bulky baggage at info@shuttle2airport.it before booking.
Remember that our drivers do not carry your luggage for you from the pickup point.

You could share your transfer with up to 8 other people.
The driver may refuse to carry persons considered to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
The driver may also refuse the carriage of any person who behaves or addresses himself in an offensive or threatening manner to him or to any other passenger.
No refunds will be made for services not performed for the above reasons.
In case of damage to the vehicle, the person responsible will be liable to pay compensation for the damage.

Shuttle2Airport relies on a modern fleet that includes among other brands the prestigious Mercedes Vito.
The vehicles used are equipped with all the safety equipment, periodically checked, cleaned and insured with coverages at the top of the category.

Shuttle2airport is not providing directly transport services.
Shuttle2airport, once received  the reservation, chooses the carrier.
The carrier who has regular NCC authorization will carry out the service in accordance with the rules that apply to public transport services.
Shuttle2airport will place the list of carriers on the website by 31/12/2019.

Towards the airport:

During the booking process, you must indicate the desired arrival time at the airport.
The route will be designed in such a way that the different stops for the different pickups are calculated in order to minimize the duration of the trip.
You will be notified at least 24 hours before your departure time.
You will be contacted by the driver or our representative about 15 minutes before the pick-up.
By booking you are aware that this is a shared transfer and therefore in order to give everyone the best possible experience you should be ready when the driver arrives (he is not allowed to wait for a passenger) and that you may arrive up to 1 hour earlier than the indicated time.
Please note that you can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the time indicated on the reservation, if the cancellation should be known within 48 hours before the time of departure the reservation will be valid for another trip.
If you are unable to notify us before the pick-up time, there will be no refund or any new transfer.
Shuttle2Airport is not responsible for such events.
We therefore recommend that you indicate a time of arrival appropriate with the departure time of your flight.
Shuttle2airport is not responsible for delays due to force majeure.
You will be left at the departures not far from the check-in area.

From the airport:

Transfers will be planned taking into account destinations and average waiting times for luggage and possible customs controls.
In the email that you will receive 24 hours before your arrival you will also receive instructions about meeting time and place.
15 minutes after your landing you will be contacted by the driver or by our representative for confirmation.
In case of delay, having communicated the flight number and since this ibeing continuously monitored by us, this won’t be an issue and your booking will remain valid.
After 15 minutes from your landing you will be contacted as usual and you will receive instructions for your transfer.

In case of cancellation, if you have not canceled the reservation 48 hours in advance, write us an email to booking@shuttle2airport.it and your reservation will be valid for your next transfer. In this case we give you the possibility to transfer to a third person the reservation.

The operator or driver will contact you 15 minutes after your landing, after a reasonable time for custom and baggage claim they will contact you again.
If the persists , your assigned shuttle will leave without you and your transfer will be re-arranged with the first available seat on subsequent transfer from the airport.
